Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Lead (OIC Expert with BIP) Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad Experience: 8 to 15 years Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days only Work Model: On-site (face-to-face interview required at office location) About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to drive technical initiatives across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data migration, and BI reporting. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide strategic guidance across the full project lifecycle on enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations. This is not a purely advisory role. You will architect, build, and lead by example. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and implementation of inbound/outbound integrations and data migrations using OIC Develop and optimize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Provide best-practice recommendations aligned with Oracle Cloud PaaS capabilities Translate business requirements into development estimates and technical approaches for complex integrations Create prototypes, technical approach documents, and quick reference guides Prepare technical specifications for interfaces with external systems Run pre and post-development review sessions with dev teams, stakeholders, and clients Support UAT and build integrated test plans across multiple modules Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to development teams and clients Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 8 to 15 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development and integration experience Expert-level, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - mandatory Strong experience in BI Publisher (BIP) report development - mandatory Good working knowledge of OTBI Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and related business processes Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, and business/technical documentation Ability to analyze current-state processes and propose technical solutions Strong stakeholder management; experience leading client discussions and technical workshops Excellent verbal and written communication (mandatory, no compromise) Minimum 2 years of stability per organization Mandatory Skills: OIC, BIP, OTBI, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Technical Development and Integrations Nice to Have Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Oracle Application Express (APEX) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or related Oracle certifications Experience in Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) cycle transformations Prior experience leading Oracle Fusion integration and reporting initiatives
