Website Support Engineer

You will manage and maintain high-volume, low-latency ReactJS and Drupal-based applications. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain web applications through all stages of the software development lifecycle.Analyze user requirements to define business objectives, application functionality, and technical designs.Monitor production sites for issues and resolve technical bugs through analysis, programming, and debugging.Manage vendor relations, track project development, and define sprints.Prepare software releases, create detailed design documentation, and develop user documentation.Propose improvements to current technology, infrastructure, and system features.Required Skills5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.Proficiency with ReactJS and Drupal.Strong understanding of Solr, Redis, and MySQL.Experience with Git and Jenkins.Knowledge of software engineering best practices.Ability to manage vendors and lead project development tracking.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, BSc, BCS, BCA, or MCA).Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of MongoDB database.
