Front End Developer

As a Frontend Developer at Naviators, an AI-powered Talent Scout platform, you will be responsible for building intuitive, beautiful, and highly responsive UIs using React/Next.js. You will collaborate with backend, AI, and product teams to create a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new features and interfaces in Next.js TailwindCSS - Build high-conversion workflows like job posting, talent campaign setup, and screening dashboards - Consume REST APIs built on Django backend - Implement SSR/SSG for SEO-optimized job listings and public pages - Handle state management using React Query and custom hooks - Design responsive layouts using modern component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui, Headless UI) - Implement analytics dashboards, smart filters, and UX flows for AI output reviews - Collaborate on micro animations, UX interactions, and performance improvements - Help manage frontend builds via DigitalOcean App Platform or Vercel Qualifications Required: - Understanding of AI data flow: how frontend works with GPT-4/AI-generated content (Bonus Skill) - Familiarity with TypeScript (or willingness to adopt) (Bonus Skill) - Prior work with resume builders, assessments, or dynamic dashboards (Bonus Skill) - Experience working with real-time data or search-heavy interfaces (Bonus Skill) The company uses a stack that includes React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, React Query, React Hook Form, Zod, GitHub Actions, Vercel / DigitalOcean App Platform, Sentry, Figma, and Chart.js / Recharts to create innovative solutions in the field of AI-powered talent scouting.
