About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. CAD Technician to join our team in the Civil/Mechanical domain. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in preparation and checking of Commercial/residential/ Real estate floor plans. Roles and Responsibility Prepare and check commercial, residential, and real estate floor plans with high accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify designs as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality. Develop and maintain detailed records of design changes and updates. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CAD technology. Job Requirements Diploma in Civil/Mechanical or ITI Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical) with 2 to 4 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of SketchUP Pro is an added advantage. Strong understanding of civil and mechanical engineering principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
