Position: Power BI Developer Experience: 7+ years overall | 4+ years relevant in Power BI Work Location: Pune We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer (Tech Lead) with strong expertise in reporting, data modeling, and analytics. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and migrating BI reports while collaborating closely with stakeholders and team members. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test Power BI reports and dashboards. Analyze and migrate SSRS reports to Power BI. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Required Skills Power BI (Cloud SaaS) Paginated Report Builder Power Query Data Modeling Strong SQL scripting Azure Data Factory OR SSRS Power BI (On-Prem) SSAS Good to Have Power Apps Power Automate Additional Requirements Fluent in English with strong communication skills Familiarity with SDLC and development best practices Team player with a collaborative mindset
