Product Manager Ethics & Compliance (Fixed Term, 1 Year)

As a Product Manager at Diligent, you will play a crucial role in shaping how organizations handle ethics and compliance in the new AI-enabled era. Your primary responsibility will be to own a whistleblowing and case management platform used by major enterprises. Working closely with engineering teams in London and Bangalore, you will be instrumental in creating and shipping features that set our product apart from the competition. This role requires you to thrive in a fast-moving environment, be comfortable with complexity, and communicate effectively across all levels of the business. The position is a one-year fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with the potential for extension or permanence for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Own the product roadmap for a whistleblowing and case management platform (Vault/Speak Up), collaborating with a team of engineers to define, prioritize, and implement features. - Collaborate across a portfolio of Ethics & Compliance products, ensuring your product aligns with a broader vision. - Engage with various stakeholders to communicate the importance of your work and what to expect in the future. - Conceptualize and implement AI-powered product features to transform compliance workflows. - Facilitate knowledge transfer from the outgoing PM and quickly get up to speed on recent platform updates. Qualifications Required for Interview Consideration: - Demonstrable experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, overseeing a product from discovery to delivery. - Strong technical communication skills, capable of discussing technical details with engineers and presenting strategies to senior leadership. - AI fluency, with a deep understanding of AI capabilities and how they can enhance products. - Comfort with ambiguity and pace, able to create structure and take initiative. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, fostering trust and clear communication across teams. - Bias toward action, focused on shipping, iterating, and learning continuously.
