Get in Touch Chief Technology Officer Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer / Board of Directors The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the organizations overall technology vision and strategy. This executive role will focus on developing a scalable, data-driven technology infrastructure that supports investment analytics, client behavior insights, MIS data dashboards, the existing hardware+software infrastructure and Zoho platform optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of technology frameworks for personal finance and investment management firms, ensuring that technology becomes a competitive advantage for the organization. This is a strategic, non-coding leadership position that requires exceptional insight into modern systems architecture, modern web-based frameworks (and web stack), data analytics, and AI integration. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Governance Formulate and implement the companys technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership in platform architecture, data management strategy, and system integration, with a focus on scalability and security. Establish governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and robust cybersecurity practices. Enterprise Systems & Data Analytics Oversee the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of the Zoho ecosystem across CRM, finance, and analytics modules. Drive the development of investment analytics solutions and client behavior models to provide actionable insights to internal teams and investors. Direct the design and deployment of MIS dashboards for accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting. Scale up the existing hardware+software infrastructure in a secure and effective manner Evaluate and integrate AI and machine learning tools for predictive analytics, client segmentation, and automated decision support. Ensure the company remains at the forefront of fintech innovation through periodic assessment of emerging technologies and market trends. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into technology deliverables. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, providing clear reports on technology initiatives, risks, and outcomes. Manage technology vendors and partnerships to optimize cost, performance, and service quality. Required Competencies & Skills Strategic Technology Leadership: Proven ability to define and execute technology strategies in fintech or financial services. Web Stack & Database Expertise: Deep understanding of modern web technologies, database design, APIs, and system integration (no hands-on coding required). Data Analytics & MIS: Expertise in developing data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for investor and management use. AI & Automation Awareness: Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application to client analytics and financial insights. Regulatory & Security Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements and data security best practices in financial services. Executive Communication: Ability to present complex technical topics clearly to investors, stakeholders, and board members. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance Technology, or related discipline. 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior executive or CTO capacity. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives in fintech, wealth management, or financial services sectors. Seamless integration and optimization of Zoho-based systems across the organization. Delivery of accurate, automated, and actionable MIS dashboards for management and investors. Implementation of advanced client behavior analytics improving investor decision-making. Alignment of technology investments with strategic business objectives and measurable ROI.
