About the role
You will be responsible for leading audits, driving automation and simplification projects, supporting management decisions, and overseeing operations and system support for business teams. The role will involve strategy, implementation, and delivery of SAP, Anaplan, Leasing, and other financial systems. Key Responsibilities: - Handle statutory, internal, and regulatory audits; ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and RBI guidelines; manage auditor interactions and resolve audit observations. - Lead automation projects across finance and operations including SAP S/4HANA, Anaplan, Concur, and leasing systems; streamline reporting and accounting processes. - Provide MIS, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making; track collections, NPAs, and portfolio performance. - Review cash collections, manage incentive and commission systems, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Support partnerships, portfolio sales/purchases, foreign currency bonds, and other business initiatives; ensure system and accounting alignment with commercial arrangements. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of SAP (FICO), S/4HANA, Anaplan, Concur, and leasing systems. - Experience in finance-technology integration, financial modeling, and vendor management. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage audits, regulatory compliance, and financial system enhancements.
