Automation Test Lead

Automation Test Lead Job Description We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with 610 years of experience to lead and manage automation testing activities for enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include leading a team of QA engineers, creating and reviewing automated test scripts, defining test strategies, executing functional, regression, integration, and API testing, and ensuring complete test coverage across applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java/Python, TestNG/JUnit, API Testing, SQL, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines . They will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project managers to identify defects, resolve quality issues, and improve testing processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, test management tools, defect tracking systems such as JIRA, and performance optimization of test suites is highly preferred. The Automation Test Lead will also be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, preparing test reports, managing testing timelines, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
