About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and understand clients' business processes to recommend effective ERP solutions. 2. Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. 4. Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users. 5. Develop documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and training materials. 6. Troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous system improvement and optimization. B.Com, BCA, MCA, or B. Tech in IT/computer science is mandatory.2. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of hands-on experience in ERP implementations, preferably Odoo, are eligible to apply.3. Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory, manufacturing, HR, and CRM.4. Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.5. Eagerness to learn ERP systems and business process automation.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.7. Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and perform under minimal supervision with strong attention to detail.8.
