About the role
As a Software Engineer at DISPRZ, you will play a crucial role in delivering features and enhancements under the company's product roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the technical integrity, scalability, and seamless deployment of the software to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Build reliable software through robust design and thorough code reviews. - Develop efficient, clean, and reusable features, libraries, and components. - Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver new features that enhance user experience. - Analyze and optimize UI and server-side code for security, efficiency, and performance. - Uphold the technical vision within the team. - Write clean, scalable code in mobile programming languages and/or .NET. - Create SQL Stored Procedures. - Test, deploy, and maintain applications and systems. - Work with technical lead to design software architecture. - Implement UI designs provided by the UI/UX team with cross-browser compatibility. - Conduct unit tests to ensure functional consistency across platforms. Qualifications Required: - Engineering/MCA degree from a reputed institution with a strong academic background. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming. - Strong knowledge of web-based technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with JS frameworks like React Native, Angular, etc. - Additional advantage with formal knowledge in ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework Core/LINQ, Bootstrap, and SQL Databases. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development using web-based technologies. - Experience in Full-stack development is a bonus. - Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and anticipate issues. - Team player with a commitment to quality and structured approach. - Passion for writing clean code and creating intuitive interfaces. - Proactive in issue communication and documentation. - Willingness to assist in troubleshooting production issues.
