JD for AEM. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web applications and components. Develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs , and workflows using HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, JCR , and Java . Implement and maintain AEM DAM , content authoring workflows , multisite/multilingual setups , and content versioning . Integrate AEM with third-party services such as REST APIs , CRM , analytics , and eCommerce platforms . Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA testers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality web experiences. Optimize AEM performance, caching strategies, and deployment configurations. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews , and CI/CD pipelines . Provide support for production incidents and participate in deployment activities. Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for AEM development.
