The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging, deployment, troubleshooting, patch management, and application lifecycle management in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Package, repackage, test, and deploy enterprise applications. Create and manage MSI, MST, MSIX, App - V, and Intune packages. Deploy applications using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune. Perform application compatibility testing and remediation. Manage software distribution, patch management, and endpoint compliance. Troubleshoot application installation and deployment issues. Support Windows 10/11 migration and endpoint modernization initiatives. Create deployment documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Work with Active Directory, Group Policies, and endpoint security policies. Automate deployment activities using PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting. Participate in change management, release management, and production deployments. Provide support in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
