Diverse Lynx is looking for Cisco Unified Communication, Avaya Session Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our unified communications infrastructure to ensure seamless collaboration and communication within the organization The Unified Communications Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support voice and video communication systems Responsibilities: Unified Communications Design and Implementation:Design and deploy Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and Presence.Configure and optimize Avaya Session Manager for efficient call routing and session management. Voice and Video Integration:Integrate voice and video communication systems within the organization's network infrastructure.Implement and support video conferencing solutions for internal and external collaboration. IP Telephony Management:Manage IP telephony configurations, including phone registrations, extensions, and voicemail setups.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call quality and connectivity. Collaboration with Network Teams:Collaborate with network engineers to ensure proper QoS settings for voice and video traffic.Optimize the network infrastructure to support unified communications requirements. Security and Compliance:Implement security measures to protect voice and video communication systems.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices. Troubleshooting and Support:Provide advanced-level support for unified communications-related incidents.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for unified communications configurations, changes, and procedures.Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks. Vendor Management:Engage with Cisco and Avaya vendors for technical support, updates, and issue resolution.Stay informed about product releases and updates. Training and Knowledge Transfer:Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and end-users.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in unified communications.
