Diverse Lynx is looking for Citrix VDI Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment The Citrix VDI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of our virtual desktop infrastructure Responsibilities: Citrix VDI Design and Implementation:Design, plan, and implement Citrix VDI solutions based on business requirements.Configure and optimize Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp environments. Virtual Desktop Management:Manage virtual desktop images, including updates, patches, and software installations.Monitor and optimize virtual desktop performance and resource utilization. Citrix NetScaler Integration:Integrate Citrix NetScaler for load balancing, secure remote access, and optimization of VDI traffic.Configure NetScaler Gateway for secure external access to virtual desktops. User Profile Management:Implement user profile management solutions to ensure a consistent and personalized user experience across virtual desktop sessions.Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues. Security and Compliance:Implement security measures for the Citrix VDI environment, including access controls and encryption.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices. Troubleshooting and Support:Provide advanced-level support for Citrix VDI-related incidents.Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Citrix VDI configurations, changes, and procedures.Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks. Collaboration:Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals.Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate VDI with other technologies. Training and Knowledge Transfer:Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and end-users.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in VDI technology.
