CRM Functional Architect

We are looking for a skilled CRM Functional Architect to join our team at Diverse Lynx, playing a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive customer relationship management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM functional architecture and excellent analytical skills. Roles and Responsibility Design and implement scalable and efficient CRM systems that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation of CRM system designs and implementations. Provide training and support to end-users on new CRM systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM system performance and data integrity. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for CRM implementation. Job Requirements Strong understanding of CRM functional architecture and design principles.
