Data Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions across cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure-based data platforms, ETL/ELT pipeline development, data warehousing, and advanced SQL capabilities. This role will work closely with analytics, BI, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable, and accessible data for reporting and advanced analytics. 1. Data Pipeline Development Design and develop end-to-end ETL / ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Build scalable and high-performance data workflows following best practices. Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance optimization. 2. Azure Cloud Data Engineering Build and maintain cloud-based data pipelines on Microsoft Azure (including orchestration, automation, and monitoring). Work with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and related ecosystem tools. Implement CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies for data solutions. 3. Data Warehouse & Data Modeling Design and implement enterprise-grade data warehouse solutions. Develop dimensional and analytical data models (Star/Snowflake schemas) to support reporting and advanced analytics. Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies for performance and scalability. 4. Advanced SQL & Data Processing Apply strong SQL skills for: Complex data transformations Data validation and reconciliation Analytical data processing Ensure efficient query performance and indexing strategies.
