Hiring for Full Stack Developer-Chennai Pune Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node js and React js to join our development team As a Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable web applications from front-end to back-end You should be comfortable with both client-side and server-side programming and be passionate about delivering high-quality performant and maintainable code Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive high-performance web applications using React js for the front end and Node js for the back end Collaborate with UI UX designers product managers and other developers to define design and deliver new features Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed Write reusable testable and efficient code Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and agile ceremonies Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Maintain and manage databases both SQL and NoSQL e g MongoDB PostgreSQL Implement security and data protection best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong proficiency with JavaScript including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model In-depth knowledge of Node js and Express js Hands-on experience with React js Redux and related front-end tools Experience with databases such as MongoDB PostgreSQL or MySQL Familiarity with version control systems like Git Understanding of RESTful API design and development Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools Webpack Babel etc Experience with unit integration and end-to-end testing frameworks Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Familiarity with GraphQL Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure Remote work flexibility Hybrid working model Health dental and vision insurance Generous PTO and vacation policy Learning and development stipend Dynamic and team-oriented work environment .
