Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore Open Positions: 8 Job Summary We are hiring experienced Mechanical Design Engineers with strong expertise in CATIA and Creo for industrial product design and sustaining engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and engineering change management. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and industrial products. Support sustaining engineering activities, product improvements, and cost optimization. Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using CATIA and Creo . Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFMEA. Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and product release processes. Develop and validate prototypes through testing. Apply DFX principles to improve manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost. Mandatory Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in CATIA (2D & 3D modeling/drafting). 1+ year of hands-on experience in Creo . Strong knowledge of GD&T , Tolerance Stack-up , DFMEA , DFX , and Material Selection . Good understanding of PLM basics , ECO/ECR , and Engineering Change Management.
