NW Security & Load specialist

Diverse Lynx is looking for NW Security & Load to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Design, implement, and maintain network security protocols and solutions to safeguard against unauthorized access, breaches, and vulnerabilities.Perform regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.Monitor network traffic and system load to ensure balanced resource utilization and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement load balancing solutions and troubleshoot network issues.Develop and maintain documentation related to network security policies, procedures, and configurations.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging threats, and security technologies. Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in network security implementation, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and encryption protocols.Strong understanding of load balancing techniques and tools to optimize system performance.Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or equivalent (preferred).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
