Hiring for Salesforce Interaction Studio Developer - PUNE THANE BANGALORE Key Responsibilities Design develop and deploy real-time personalization campaigns using Salesforce Interaction Studio MC Personalization Collaborate with marketing CRM and development teams to implement personalized journeys across digital channels web mobile email etc Develop and maintain custom templates decisioning rules and scripts using HTML CSS JavaScript and JSON Integrate Interaction Studio with Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM and external data sources via APIs and SDKs Configure and optimize user segments campaign triggers and behavioral tracking events Build and maintain audiences rules and experiences in the Interaction Studio UI Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on KPIs and A B testing Provide support and troubleshooting for live personalization experiences Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product updates and emerging best practices in personalization and marketing automation Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with at least 1-2 years working in Interaction Studio Solid knowledge of web technologies HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript JSON Experience with APIs SDKs and integration with Salesforce CRM and external systems Understanding of customer segmentation behavior tracking and personalization strategies Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills .
