Diverse Lynx is looking for SAP Security & GRC to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Specialist to join our IT team The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing SAP security measures and GRC processes This role involves ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of SAP systems while adhering to regulatory compliance and internal policies Responsibilities:SAP Security:Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and authorizations to control access to SAP systems Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into secure SAP configurations Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions Implement and manage SAP Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for enhanced access control Stay updated on the latest SAP security patches and advisories, applying necessary updates promptly Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to ensure the secure configuration of SAP systems GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance):Implement and manage SAP GRC solutions to automate and streamline governance, risk management, and compliance processes Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with SAP systems Design and enforce GRC policies and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations Lead SAP GRC implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices Collaborate with internal audit teams to provide necessary documentation and evidence for SAP-related audits Provide expert guidance on GRC-related matters, including policy development and risk mitigation strategies Documentation and Training:Create and maintain documentation for SAP security and GRC configurations, processes, and best practices Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT teams on SAP security and GRC policies and procedures Requirements:Proven experience as an SAP Security & GRC Specialist In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, role design, and authorization administration Hands-on experience with SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific standards Experience with SAP security and GRC in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/HANA environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) SAP Security and GRC certifications are highly desirable
