Collaborate with other business and technical teams to develop user-friendly catalog items using ServiceNows latest tools including Studio,Flow Designer,and Integration Hub. Development of Global Service Catalog from requirement gathering to development,testing,and moving to production Support ServiceNow implementation / enhancements with technical support as required.
