About the role
Hiring for Servicenow Developer_HYDERABADCHENNAI Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs. Customize and configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Implement and manage modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB , etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and resolve performance problems within the platform. Work with the ServiceNow team to perform upgrades, patching, and new module rollouts. Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
