About the role
Design and develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio . Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request). Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Create and maintain workflows , UI policies , business rules , script includes , and ACLs . Implement and support catalog items , service portals , and reporting . Maintain and enhance the CMDB and asset management processes. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow users. Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, HR) for platform enhancements
