About the role
This junior-to-mid-level role involves development and support for ServiceNows TPRM module. The developer will work on workflows, scripting, assessments, and UI configurations to support third[1]party risk operations within an enterprise risk management framework. Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Optional ServiceNow Certified Third-Party Risk Management Implementer Preferred Key Responsibilities: 1. Customize TPRM forms, tables, and dictionary entries. 2. Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, and catalog items. 3. Develop workflows in Flow Designer for approvals and notifications. 4. Configure ACLs and roles for secure access control. 5. Build and update assessment questionnaires and logic. 6. Support test case execution and bug fixing during deployments. 7. Create basic dashboards and list reports for users. 8. Help prepare technical documentation and release notes. 9. Work collaboratively with BA, QA, and Admin teams. Internal - General Use 10. Participate in platform upgrades and fix compatibility issues.
