Sr Automation Test Engg Total Yrs. of Experience* 6+ (max 8 yrs above 8 yrs will not work) Relevant Yrs. of experience* 3-5+ Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test frameworks using Java to support functional and regression testing. Perform Performance Testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for continuous quality assurance. Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure maintainability, reusability, and compliance with coding standards. Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Drive and coordinate regression testing execution at every delivery stage (dev, staging, canary ..) to ensure early detection of issues and consistent product quality.
