Develop, document, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Work closely with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Recommend and contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies. Maintain clear documentation of test procedures, results, and reports. Participate in release planning and support post-release validation and monitoring. Conduct adversarial testing (e.g., prompt injection, data exfiltration) to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in AI systems Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 4 6 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with LLMs & RAG architecture. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, with experience in test automation frameworks. Understanding of APIs, JSON, and YAML. Familiar with Azure CI/CD. Nice-to-Have Experience testing APIs using Postman. Exposure to DevOps practices. Knowledge of performance and security testing. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
