L1 Engineer

Diversified network infra solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for L1 Engineer to join our team Roles and Responsibility Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using various tools and techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and technologies. Develop and maintain documentation of network architecture, topology, and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and management. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and other staff members. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with network management tools such as SNMP, NetFlow, and packet capture. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
