Erection Engineers / Supervisors (3–4 Positions) Position Title: Erection Engineer / Supervisor Location: JSW – Dolvi Site Reports To: Site In-Charge Role Overview Responsible for execution and supervision of erection work fronts as per drawings and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities Read and interpret erection drawings, GA drawings, and isometrics. Supervise fabrication fit-up, bolting, and welding at site. Coordinate with subcontractors and allocate manpower for smooth progress. Ensure alignment, leveling, and proper torque tightening. Raise inspection calls for client/third-party inspections. Maintain daily erection log and report to Site In-Charge. Ensure use of correct tools, tackles, and lifting procedures. Follow all site safety protocols and stop unsafe acts. Key Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience in erection of structural steel. Ability to lead workmen and subcontract teams. Knowledge of lifting tools, alignment methods, and welding quality checks. Qualification & Experience Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Structural. 2–4 years of experience in structural erection.
