About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and updates. Assemble new PCs from scratch or upgrade existing ones as needed. Troubleshoot Outlook configuration problems and provide training on basic computer usage.
