About the role
As a Senior AUTOSAR Engineer specializing in Vector Toolchain at DIYguru Mobility Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in developing an Automotive Software Engineering Program focusing on AUTOSAR-based ECU development workflows. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and demonstrating 23 end-to-end AUTOSAR ECU workflows covering core areas such as AUTOSAR-based software component development, RTE generation, BSW configuration, AUTOSAR communication stack, CAN-based communication setup, ECU simulation, and validation. - Implementing practical usage of the Vector toolchain within selected workflows and defining a clear mapping of tools like DaVinci Developer, DaVinci Configurator, CANoe, and CANdela in the ECU development workflow. - Designing and implementing structured AUTOSAR learning and simulation ecosystem, including hands-on work with Vector MICROSAR toolchain and incorporating diagnostics workflows and SIL-based execution. - Translating AUTOSAR workflows into structured modules with logical progression, creating practical exercises, guided projects, and demonstrations reflecting industry-standard practices. - Developing realistic use-cases and projects in AUTOSAR-based ECU development, communication, simulation, and basic diagnostics, ensuring real-world applicability. - Guiding internal engineers on tool usage, workflow understanding, and content development approach, as well as providing live program support if needed. Qualifications & Experience: Must Have: - 48 years of experience in automotive embedded software development. - Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform, DaVinci Developer, DaVinci Configurator, and CANoe. - Solid understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, ECU software development lifecycle, communication stack, CAN fundamentals, and CANoe simulation & testing. Good to Have: - Exposure to CAPL scripting, diagnostics knowledge, simulation concepts, embedded C development, automotive Ethernet communication, and EV systems. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Engineer from OEM / Tier-1 / automotive software company with hands-on AUTOSAR experience. - Ability to translate complex workflows into structured, easy-to-understand modules. - Strong ownership, execution mindset under tight timelines, technical communication skills, and interest in mentoring/upskilling others.
