About the role
Assist in day-to-day site supervision, including masonry, RCC and finishing works Support in preparing quantity estimates, measurement sheets, and material requirement planning Take field measurements and assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) Ensure basic quality checks and timely progress reporting Coordinate with site labor, contractors, and vendors as instructed by the Project Engineer Maintain site documentation and photo records of progress Required Qualifications: 3 years Diploma Civil Engineering 0-2 years of experience in construction (Freshers can apply) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel Understanding of construction processes and materials Good attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility What We Offer: Real-time experience in turnkey residential and commercial construction Training and mentorship under experienced engineers and architects Scope to grow into Project Engineer roles based on performance Supportive team environment
