Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead UX and UI design for web, mobile, and interactive platforms. - Create user journeys, wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, 3D artists, and creative technologists. - Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences. - Design immersive and interactive experiences for XR, virtual environments, and experiential projects. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation. - Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients. - Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and brand consistency. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and digital product design. - Expertise in Figma (mandatory). - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience creating design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability. - Ability to create clickable prototypes and user flows. - Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
