Job Description: Role Overview: You will be working as a Fullstack MERN Developer at dMACQ Software Private Limited, a leading workplace digitization solutions provider. Your role will involve utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new projects from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and projects. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Write unit tests to ensure accuracy and bug-free code. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 3-5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a focus on the MERN stack.
