Wanted Process Engineer - ( Engineering CNC) @ Hosur

Role & responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC machining processes. Prepare process sheets, routing, SOPs, and work instructions. Select machining methods, cutting tools, fixtures, and process parameters. Improve cycle time, setup time, and manufacturing productivity. Support new product development and process validation. Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor process capability, machine utilization, and productivity. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards. Preferred candidate profile 25 years of experience in CNC Machine Shop or Manufacturing Engineering. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing methods. Hands-on experience in process planning, tooling, and process improvement. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
