Role & Responsibilities Consolidate multi-source operational data into structured MIS dashboards and daily, weekly and monthly management reports. Design, automate and maintain Excel/Power BI visualisations, ensuring KPIs remain accurate, actionable and refresh in near real-time. Develop and optimise SQL queries to extract, cleanse and validate large datasets for ad-hoc analyses and executive summaries. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into data models, reports and compelling insights. Identify data quality issues, implement validation checks and drive continuous improvement of data governance processes. Prepare presentations and narrative summaries that communicate trends, variances and performance drivers to senior leadership. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science or related field. 2+ years experience in an MIS, Reporting Analyst or similar data-focused role. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivots, power query, complex formulas, VBA macros). Hands-on SQL skills for data extraction and transformation across relational databases. Demonstrated ability to build interactive dashboards in Power BI or equivalent BI tools. Preferred Exposure to Python/R for data wrangling or automation. Knowledge of ETL workflows and data warehousing concepts. Experience supporting stakeholders in manufacturing, retail or finance sectors.
