About the role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately. You will own features end-to-end -from architecture decisions to production deployments - and play a key role in shaping our engineering culture. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.Architect and manage event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ (message queues, exchanges, routing).Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (5+ years preferred).Hands-on, production-level experience with RabbitMQ - mandatory.Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.What We Offer Competitive, market-aligned salary with performance-based increments.Flexible work model - Work From Home or Work From Office.Work Schedule Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work location: Remote Compensation: 50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from homeApplication Question(s): How many years of hands-on experience do you have working with RabbitMQ Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately.
