About the role
As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to Apache Solr, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and backend development using .NET/C#. Your expertise in search relevance, schema design, indexing pipelines, query parsing, clustering, replication, and performance tuning will be crucial for the role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong expertise in Apache Solr, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch for search relevance, schema design, indexing pipelines, query parsing, clustering, replication, and performance tuning. - Develop backend solutions using .NET/C# with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection. - Utilize Python scripting skills for data processing, orchestration, and ML integrations. - Demonstrate strong AWS experience with ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/CDK. - Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi). - Apply your understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and high-availability environments. - Explore AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex. - Showcase excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills. - Collaborate effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
