About the Company: Doqfy is a leading SaaS company specializing in B2B solutions. We are dedicated to creating innovative products that streamline business operations and enhance user experience. Our team is passionate about design and committed to delivering high-quality, impactful solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our SaaS B2B products. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on design solutions. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically within a SaaS or B2B environment. Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and evangelize for your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
