Computer Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Computer Service Engineer to join our team at Dotcom Brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, and software applications. Roles and Responsibility Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of computer equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
