Lead Fusion SCM Consultant (Manufacturing)

Position: Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant Manufacturing Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid Shift Timing: 2.00PM to 11.00PM IST Engagement Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects with a strong focus on Manufacturing. Gather business requirements and design scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related SCM modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Drive solution design workshops, CRPs, UAT, and production deployments. Provide functional leadership, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing. Extensive functional knowledge of: Oracle Fusion Inventory (INV) Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes. Experience in at least 23 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Ability to interact confidently with business users and senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Planning, Procurement, Cost Management, or Warehouse Management modules. Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certifications. Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
