We Are Hiring Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead (Manual & Automation) Location: Noida Experience: 6 8 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of quality assurance activities, lead QA efforts across projects, and collaborate closely with US and India-based stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software releases. This role requires hands-on testing expertise along with team leadership, test strategy ownership, and mentoring responsibilities. Experience in healthcare or ABA therapy applications, offline data validation, and performance-focused testing is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Manual Testing Design, review, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test scenarios, and test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing Identify, log, track, and drive defects to closure using defect management tools Validate complex workflows, data-driven components, offline data, and multi-device functionality Collaborate with development and product teams during requirement analysis and design discussions Automation Testing Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright (or similar) Execute UI, API, and regression automation Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Support and drive an automation-first QA strategy Test Planning & Agile Collaboration Own test strategy, test planning, effort estimation, and test execution Ensure appropriate test coverage for new features, enhancements, and production fixes Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, and Stakeholders Perform risk analysis and provide quality sign-offs for releases Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers Coordinate with US and India-based QA and cross-functional teams Act as a single point of contact for QA-related discussions with global stakeholders Promote and implement QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Provide regular QA status updates and reports to leadership Devices & Platforms Hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile applications Strong exposure to testing on iOS, Android, macOS, and multiple browsers Validate cross-browser compatibility, responsive UI, and device-specific behavior Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 59 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Manual & Automation Testing Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer or QA Lead Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices Hands-on experience with: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright JUnit, TestNG Git and CI/CD tools Exposure to performance, API, and security testing is a plus Experience with healthcare or ABA therapy applications is an added advantage Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills We Are Hiring Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead (Manual & Automation) Location: Noida Experience: 6 8 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
