We're #Hiring | Senior Odoo Developer Specialist We're on the lookout for a Senior Odoo Developer Specialist who can do more than just write clean code someone who can architect, secure, and scale enterprise-grade Odoo solutions end to end. This is a role for a developer who understands that great ERP isn't just about functionality it's about performance, security, and building systems that last. What you'll be doing: Designing and developing custom Odoo modules, workflows, dashboards, and business automations Building modern, responsive UI using OWL, QWeb, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and SCSS Integrating Odoo with third-party platforms ERPs, CRMs, HRMSs, IAM systems, and more Implementing enterprise authentication frameworks: SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, MFA, LDAP, and identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Auth0 Designing encryption architectures field-level, database, envelope encryption, key rotation Managing cloud secrets and KMS solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure Optimizing PostgreSQL for high-volume workloads and resolving performance bottlenecks Deploying and managing Odoo environments via Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines Conducting code reviews, security assessments, and ensuring OWASP compliance What we're looking for: 8+ years of overall software development experience 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development (Odoo 17/18 preferred) Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, OWL, QWeb, and Odoo ORM Deep understanding of application security XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, OWASP Top 10 Experience with cloud-native security: AWS/GCP/Azure KMS, HashiCorp Vault, PKI, mTLS Familiarity with multi-company and multi-tenant Odoo architectures Odoo Certification is a plus | Cloud Security certifications preferred Location: Noida If you're a developer who takes ownership, thinks in systems, and values security as much as functionality this one's for you.
