Role Overview: You are a Senior Interior Designer and Architect at DPLJ, based in Bangalore and Chennai. Your main responsibilities include planning and executing creative interior design projects, developing architectural concepts, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, overseeing space planning, and contributing to the selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) while ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute creative interior design projects - Develop architectural concepts that meet client needs and align with project goals - Prepare and review construction drawings following architectural standards and specifications - Oversee space planning for optimal functionality and aesthetics - Contribute to the selection of FF&E for seamless integration with design themes - Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, innovative, and aesthetically appealing spaces - Expertise in Architecture with the ability to conceptualize and design structures that meet client needs - Strong skills in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings while adhering to architectural standards - Experience in FF&E selection to ensure seamless integration with design themes - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and teams - Proficiency in relevant design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; professional certifications are advantageous - Previous experience in a senior design or architectural role is highly preferred.
