The role is focused on agent development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and architecting workflows that enable multi-agent collaboration and developer-friendly integrations. You'll work with modern vector stores, orchestration frameworks, and production APIs to deliver scalable intelligent services. Why Join Us? Competitive hourly rate and a collaborative, engineering-first environment Hybrid work model with hands-on opportunities to prototype and deploy agentic systems Opportunities for professional growth in cutting-edge LLM tooling, RAG, and agent orchestration Work with a cross-functional team to deliver tangible products that leverage large language models and retrieval systems Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage Implement and fine-tune RAG pipelines to integrate contextual knowledge via embeddings and vector stores Build and maintain agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple models, tools, and external APIs Prototype and deploy agent-based applications using platforms like Cursor AI and frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen Collaborate with product and engineering teams to expose model capabilities through robust RESTful APIs and developer-friendly interfaces Continuously evaluate and improve models, prompts, and retrieval strategies for reliability and performance Qualifications Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Go or Node.js is a plus Hands-on experience developing autonomous agents and agentic workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks Proven experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector stores such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate Experience integrating and building RESTful APIs and service orchestration for model access Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration patterns Familiarity with agent development platforms (e.g., Cursor AI) and debugging/orchestration workflows Ready to Apply?
