Key Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related automation tools. Manage and optimize Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration for reliability and scale. Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve observability, security and deployment practices. Document processes, troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in DevOps with strong hands-on skills in Azure AI Foundry, Azure Pipelines and GitHub. Solid experience managing Kubernetes clusters and container workflows. Experience automating build pipelines and implementing trunk-based development practices. 10+ years of relevant experience; familiarity with insurance or enterprise IT environments is a plus.
