The role is hands-on and focuses on Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native modernization across the software lifecycle. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform and AWS to meet scalability, resilience, and security goals. Build and operate Kubernetes environments (EKS and others) and related tooling such as Helm, Argo CD, Karpenter, Crossplane, and Datadog for observability and deployment automation. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate delivery of front-office applications and core infrastructure. Drive infrastructure automation and IaC practices to streamline deployments, upgrades, patching, and migration with minimal downtime. Define and support high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for critical services. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional platform or cloud engineering experience with hands-on work in production environments. Strong experience with AWS (including EKS/ECS), Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Git. Practical knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tooling; experience implementing and maintaining pipelines. Experience with Linux environments, networking fundamentals, and container orchestration best practices. Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing Kubernetes security controls and runtime visibility or policy enforcement (e.g., eBPF-based tooling). Familiarity supporting MLOps workloads or GPU-enabled pipelines on Kubernetes. Experience operating across managed and self-managed Kubernetes distributions and using CNCF projects. Ready to Apply?
