This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on enabling LOB teams to improve the product delivery lifecycle through effective utilization of GenAI tools. Why Join Us? Work with cutting-edge GenAI technologies including Devin, Claude, and Anthropic models Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-powered development tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Opportunity to shape best practices for GenAI usage in enterprise settings Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows including CI/CD and internal platforms Partner closely with Client LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve the end-to-end product lifecycle using GenAI capabilities Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement, driving adoption and best practices across teams Monitor and optimize tool usage, efficiency, and performance outcomes Establish and drive best practices for GenAI usage, including prompt engineering and workflow integration Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support Qualifications Strong full-stack engineering experience with Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, and Python Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Event Driven and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling Strong understanding of cloud platforms (OCP, GCP) Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude, Anthropic models, Cursor, and Copilot-equivalent tools Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent-based workflows, multi-agent architectures, MCP servers, and agentic services Ready to Apply?
