The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Okta, enterprise backup platforms, Zscaler, and Infoblox, with responsibility for operational support, troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, and ongoing platform maintenance. Work with cutting-edge enterprise technologies including Okta, Zscaler, and Infoblox Support mission-critical infrastructure and identity services in large-scale environments Opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert across multiple technology platforms Contribute to disaster recovery initiatives and maintain highly available, secure infrastructure services Key Responsibilities Administer enterprise backup and recovery platforms, configuring policies, schedules, and retention rules Monitor backup job health, troubleshoot failures, and perform file-level, server-level, and database recoveries Manage Okta Identity and Access Management including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management Administer Zscaler secure access platforms and Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM services Support disaster recovery testing, generate compliance reports, and maintain technical documentation Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable enterprise services Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Okta, enterprise backup platforms, Zscaler, and Infoblox Expertise in Identity & Access Management, Backup & Recovery, and DNS/DHCP/IPAM administration Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support disaster recovery initiatives Experience with SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and application access controls Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain governance and audit readiness Ready to Apply?
